Observe how Dr Ji did that to the old stock already issued that he used as a dividend. some asked why they needed this raise while they already have 1B shelf in place - why don’t they just use that one? SRNE cannot do anything with ANY assets unless court allows. Without nod from SRNE, SCLX can’t do anything. (1) Sure it looks that way to me and we all know what majority control means. HIS LAST TWO CONFESSIONS (#8 and 9) ARE BIZARRE!!! HE ADMITS TO THE SCAM AND THE WORTHLESSNESS OF THE STOCK DIVIDEND!!! There is no LOCK UP provision in this offering, period.
